Holiday Inn Express Still Shuttered, But Owner Says It Will Reopen This Year

You can't book a room at the downtown Holiday Inn Express if you're seeking refuge from this week's blizzard: It's still closed nearly five months after water caused millions of dollars in damage. Monday, the owner of the 96-room hotel on Asylum Street said the hotel will open its doors again this year, but, as yet, there is no specific timetable.
