Researching schools before the lotteries? The Achieve Hartford! reform advocacy group has launched a new data-driven website with detailed performance profiles of city schools. The site, unveiled Thursday during National School Choice Week, uses state standardized test scores and district data to offer school synopses that include chronic-absenteeism rates, principal turnover and how Hartford residents fare at magnet programs that enroll both city and suburban students.
