The United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut announced today that Richard Cummings of East Haddam pleaded guilty yesterday in Bridgeport federal court to violating federal firearms laws. Cummings was a manager at Tri-Town Plastics, a former federally-licensed firearms manufacturer in Deep River.
