Manchester Police Plan Attack On Buckland Area Thefts

Police are planning a stepped-up response to a long-time concentration of shoplifting and other thefts in the Buckland retail area. Police Chief Marc Montminy recently sent statistics on local larcenies to General Manager Scott Shanley in response to a question at a recent board of directors meeting about the percentage of all local thefts that occur in the retail hub centered on the Shoppes at Buckland Hills.
