A Bridgeport man shot by a man legally possessing a gun in a parking garage on Sunday morning is facing attempted murder charges, police said. Rumone Richard, 23, of Wayne Street, is in serious condition after he and another man approached a group in the parking garage that had just left Eli's Tavern about 1:30 a.m. demanding their possessions and guns were fired, police said.
