Man Accused of Fighting with Girlfriend on Fairfield University Campus Over Cell Phone

A Bridgeport man is accused of fighting with his girlfriend on the Fairfield University campus after she found out from his cell phone that he was allegedly cheating on her and making fun of her disabled son , according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that Carlos Maldonado, 28, who used to work at Fairfield University but was let go in 2011 and told to stay off campus, was arrested Monday morning after confronting his girlfriend because he thought she had taken his cell phone.
