Norwalk man arraigned in May homicide (Norwalk Citizen News)
The man accused of bludgeoning local landscaper Luis Tellez with a Razor scooter and then robbing him this spring was arraigned at Norwalk Superior Court Friday. Gilford police arrested four Connecticut resident after police found them at a local restaurant spreading out items on a picnic table they had allegedly stolen from a local residence.
