A Bridgeport judge has ruled against a Fairfield man challenging an order to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a female passenger on a Las Vegas-to-New York flight. The Connecticut Post reports Gilardi ruled that Callanan waived his right to a challenge by agreeing to register as part of a plea agreement.
