Photo: Contributed Photo, Bob Mahoney University of Bridgeport alumnus and actor Ger Duany will attend a special screening of the 2014 movie he made with Reese Witherspoon -- "The Good Lie" -- at Bridgeport's Bijou Theatre on Thursday, April 2. The movie follows four children -- orphaned in the Second Sudanese Civil War -- who make a dangerous journey to a refugee camp in Kenya. Witherspoon plays the employment counselor who helps the refugees resettle in the United States and Duany is featured as one of the displaced Sudanese.
