On Feb. 23, I couldn't help but feel a sense of dA jA vu as I sat at a special meeting of the Bridgeport Board of Education scheduled to begin at 5 p.m., a time when the majority of Bridgeport parents are still at work, leaving work or preparing dinner for their families. A regular meeting was already scheduled for 6:30 p.m. However, the BBOE issued a special meeting notice late Friday afternoon which included "discussion and possible action regarding DPAC leadership.
