A man is being held in Bridgeport on $1 million bond after he was charged with repeatedly raping a 12-year-old autistic boy from Trumbull, according to the Connecticut Post. Police say 54 year old Walter Santiago, a convicted sex offender, befriended the boy in the Twin Brooks Park neighborhood.
