Man charged in burglary at Crystal Mall in Waterford

Waterford Police arrested a 42-year-old Bridgeport man tonight for allegedly burglarizing the Piercing Pagoda at the Crystal Mall. Waterford police said Ismael Padilla, of 145 Denver Ave., was quickly developed as a suspect in the 7:30 a.m. theft and the incident was broadcast to area police departments.
