Activists Push for Safer Weapons

Political, law enforcement and faith leaders called on gun manufacturers to embrace new technology that will make guns safer and out of the wrong hands. About three dozen religious leaders, law enforcement members and elected officials gathered in Bridgeport on Monday to call on gun manufacturers to embrace new safety measures and technology.
