A Starbucks and a Chipotle Mexican Grill coming to town in many locales might warrant a brief item in the business section of the local newspaper. But that they're coming to Bridgeport as part of the Steelpointe Harbor development, a plan that for decades was just one cut above an urban legend, is front-page news indeed.
