Three people have been charged with orchestrating what police say was a criminal scheme based at a local medical office to fraudulently obtain prescription narcotics. The investigation, which was launched in July by Westport police detectives in conjunction with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and state drug control officials, charged that Sara Bosill-Russell, 35, of Bridgeport, who worked in a local medical office, had both posed as a physician and used prescription pads from the office to illegally order the drugs for herself and others.
