Man arrested for allegedly stealing 24 pairs of womena s shorts

Milford police took custody of Antwaun Roach, 25, of Bridgeport on a warrant on Sept. 20 after they concluded an investigation into a June 19 complaint of a shoplifting that occurred at the Hollister store located at the CT Post Mall.
