Cops: DUI motorcyclist had weapons

A complaint about an unregistered motorcycle being driven on Stratfield Road led to the arrest Tuesday morning of Anthony J. Velez of Bridgeport. Velez was driving a Honda RX 80 on Stratfield that did not have a license plate, according to the report.
