Drive out the Horseman

The city of Bridgeport should have plenty of chits to call in now that once again its platoons of Democratic voters went out and got the job done for Gov. Dan Malloy . So one of those chits should be to convince the governor to kick the state Department of Transportation in its ample behind to do something in the I-95 underpasses that are the gateway between the Webster Bank Arena , the Ballpark at Harbor Yard, and the city's downtown.
