A 60-year-old Norwalk man was sentenced Tuesday to five years in federal prison for his role in a southwestern Connecticut narcotics trafficking ring. Lamar Powell was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport, said U.S. Attorney for Connecticut Deirdre M. Daly.
