Police: Woman Left Child in Car With Crack Pipe in Westport

Eleanor Cobb, 49, of Bridgeport, was charged with risk of injury to a child, possession of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny on Dec. 4 at approximately 7:30 p.m. According to police, officers were dispatched to a report of a child left unattended in a motor vehicle.
