Keep heat on Metro-North

While there is some reassurance that the railroad is taking measures to prevent a repeat of the Dec. 1 derailment that killed four passengers and injured 60 others, the pressure on Metro-North needs to be relentless after a year that also saw a collision in Bridgeport and a busted feeder line that shut down much of the New Haven line for two weeks.
