Manchester To Lien Some Properties For Failure To Clear Sidewalks

Some property owners have not kept up with sidewalk clearing after successive snow storms, and the town has had to hire contractors to do the job. The town has paid to clear about 25 walks at both homes and businesses, General Manager Scott Shanley said Monday.
