Manchester Launches Mini-Grant Program

The board of directors has launched a mini-grant program to foster arts and culture intiatives downtown, General Manager Scott Shanley said Thursday. A total of $20,000 is available for events, performances, installations and other projects that "contribute to the vibrancy and engaging atmosphere in the downtown area," along with Charter Oak, Center Memorial and Center Springs parks, according to the town's website, townofmanchester.org.
