Feds: Metro North Should Replace Bolts On New M-8 Train Cars

New and old Metro-North train cars wait on lines at New Haven's Union Station. A new federal report from the investigation into Metro-North's 2013 derailment in Bridgeport concludes that bolts on the railroad's brand-new M-8 cars are too weak.
