Police: Bridgeport Man Was Dead When Moved To Spot In Westport

Westport police investigating the death of a Bridgeport man believe his body was moved after he died to the spot where he was found Saturday morning along Partrick Road, police said. The body of Sandokan Kayan Harrell, 39, was found on Partrick Road in Westport at about 9 a.m. Saturday by a jogger.
