Jogger discovers body of man in Westport

Westport Police have identified the man whose body was discovered by a jogger Saturday morning as 39-year-old Sandokan Kayan Harrell of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Police said the jogger came across Harrell lying on the shoulder of Partrick Road wearing only a white tank top, blue jeans and brown shoes.
