An engaged immigrant community came together in many places Thursday night to hear President Barack Obama's plan to extend working rights to 5 million undocumented people and protect them from deportation. "So far, this executive order is not complete, but at least the president is giving us something," Jose Casco, executive director of the Bridgeport-based Latino Advocacy Foundation of Fairfield County, said before Obama spoke.
