Cops: Roadside Victim May Have Had 'Medical Issue'

Westport police said today autopsy results on a Bridgeport man found Saturday on a Westport roadway were inconclusive but that he may have experienced "some sort of medical issue." They also said Sandokan Kayan Harrell, 39, appears to have been left near 47 Partrick Road, where he was found by jogger, by someone "who both wanted him to be found and cared about him."
