Stamford cops say skateboard woman sold psychedelic candy

Devun Landon, 19, of 69B Kingsbury Road, Bridgeport, was charged Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014 in Stamford with possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell, possession of less than one-ounce of heroin and operating a drug factory.
