Shelton's White Hills Fire Company was on the scene of a massive fire Thursday evening, along with Bridgeport and other fire crews, WTNH reports. The fire is at an industrial building located on Seaview Avenue in Bridgeport and was called in at approximately 6:48 p.m. The building on fire is a perfume factory and there is a strong odor in the area, according to Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch.
