Fairfield Provides Aid At Massive Blaze At Bridgeport Factory

Firefighters were battling a massive blaze Thursday night at a factory on Seaview Avenue in Bridgeport, forcing evacuations in the area, according to NBC Connecticut . Thick, black smoke was rising from the factory at 2059-2149 Seaview Ave., which houses two businesses, and explosions were reported, Bridgeport Public Safety spokesman Bill Kaempffer told NBC Connecticut.
