Nearly a year ago, a paltry 8,161 out of roughly 70,000 registered Bridgeport voters headed to the polls to elect members of the city council and school board. If so few turn out for next month's gubernatorial and congressional mid-term races, then the middle initial in Governor Dannel P. Malloy's name will stand for "pack your bags, you're out of office."
