A Bridgeport man who prosecutors say has been involved in financial scams "over and over again and again from city to city crossing multiple jurisdictions" has been sentenced to 27 months in prison for defrauding consumers and oil companies out of at least $120,000. Marc Cannon, better known as "Marc the Oil Man," who swindled consumers and oil companies by pocketing cash payments was sentenced to the prison term by Chief U.S. District Judge Janet C. Hall.
