A Stratford man is suing the City of Bridgeport and a police officer for a 2012 incident in which he claims he was the victim of road rage, according to the Connecticut Post. The Post reports that Gregory Volpe filed a lawsuit claiming that Officer Barry Jones kicked and repeatedly slammed him against his truck after accusing him of cutting him off on Boston Avenue and then arrested him on trumped up charges.
