One person is dead and two are seriously injured after a crash on I-91 Sunday night, state police said. The crash happened about 7:30 p.m. on I-91 south, in the area of exit 49, they said, when a southbound, 2002 Honda Accord with Massachusetts plates struck a guardrail on the right side of the highway.
