Fairfield Police Help Find Drunken Suspect Who Escaped From Ambulance

Officers arrested a drunken Colorado man early Monday after he escaped from an ambulance while being transported to the hospital for care, police in Fairfield and Bridgeport said. Fairfield police were called to a Beaumont Street home at about 1 a.m. and found Conan Moore of Thornton, who was heavily intoxicated and threatening to cause harm to himself, police said.
