After a five-month investigation into drug dealing on the city's East Side, police served a search warrant Tuesday afternoon at a Standish Road apartment, arrested a city man and his Bridgeport girlfriend while seizing almost 50 grams of crack cocaine, with a street value of about $5,000, police said.
