Mother Intervenes In Fight, Charged In Stabbing

A mother was arrested Sunday after she intervened in a brawl in which her son was involved and stabbed a man several times, police said. Several others were injured during the altercation, which happened about 2:30 p.m. Sunday on Madison Avenue, according to police spokesman William Kaempffer.
