Police: Gerard Davis, 35, injured after being shot in the hip in Bridgeport

It happened at around 2 a.m. near Stratford Avenue by Fourth Street. Police say they found the victim, 35-year-old Gerard Davis, suffering from a gunshot wound to the hip.
