Woman charged with shoplifting at Kohl's

Laise Santos, 20, of Arctic Street, Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny last Friday after she allegedly tried to steal $159.98 worth of merchandise from Kohl's department store, 290 Tunxis Hill Road.
