Trumbull Police nabbed a man on numerous charges Nov. 19. Jean Carlos Serrano, 18, of Sheridan Street, Bridgeport, is charged with possession of a pistol without a permit, two counts of third-degree burglary and single counts of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree larceny and theft of a firearm.
