Thirty years after he first passed the Connecticut bar exam, Joseph P. Ganim , the disgraced former Bridgeport mayor, is expected on Tuesday to ask the state Supreme Court to reinstate his law license, which was suspended when Ganim was found guilty in a federal corruption trial.
