The fire at 478 Woodrow Ave. was reported shortly after 8:30 a.m. The house is located between Chopsey Hill and Exeter streets in the city's North End. Scanner reports say that the building is "heavily involved" with fire in the garage area. It was also spreading throughout the structure.
