Dr. Baum was born in Bridgeport; son of Samuel and Sadye Baum. A well respected physician, he was Chief of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Park City Hospital from 1954 to 1991 and served as president of the Medical Staff from 1972 to 1974.
