Police located a missing 15-year-old girl Monday. Brianna Rhodes was last seen by a friend early Sunday near Harrison Avenue in the Walnut Beach section of the city. Brianna, who was believed to be with an acquaintance in the Bridgeport area, was located safely on Monday, police said.
