They say chemicals from a perfume processing plant that leaked into the Long Island Sound and other local waterways likely won't pose a threat to fish or humans. State environmental officials said Monday they're confident air and water tests taken after a massive fire on Seaview Avenue in Bridgeport last week will come back all clear.
