Two Arrested On Drug Charges At East Hartford Park

Kayla Casiano, 26, of 21 Crown St., Hartford was charged with illegal possession. Brett Cordier, 47, of 416 Broad St. Windsor, was charged with illegal possession and second-degree breach of peace.
