Westport Police Seize More Than $30,000 In Synthetic Marijuana

A traffic stop Wednesday afternoon led to an arrest and the seizure of 400 grams of a marijuana-like oil with a street value of more than $30,000. Police stopped Ceslo F. Valle, 49, of Bridgeport, on Post Road near the Fairfield town line for a traffic violation and then detected a "strong odor" of marijuana emanating from his vehicle.
