Lavernoich to help revitalize BEDCO

It's the second time in less than three years that Bridgeport business leaders try to re-establish the public/private nonprofit. "I was coming to the end of my contract in Trumbull and there was a conversation started about revitalizing the organization for some time," said Ed Lavernoich , who left his job in Bridgeport's economic development office in 2012 to serve as Trumbull's top economic development official.
