Heavy Rain Causes Delays, Ponding On I-95 Across Fairfield County

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is reporting traffic tie-ups along I-95 for nearly 25 miles in Fairfield County on Monday afternoon. The delays extend from Exit 3 in Greenwich to Exit 25 in Bridgeport after heavy rain fell for most of the day.
